My kids are GFCF (gluten and casein....Hi, Kim here. My kids are GFCF (gluten and casein.) I have some yummy recipes! Rice Chex are now gluten free - no barley malt. So you can make Rice Chexy Squares with them! I add unsulphered/unsweetened coconut from Bob's Red Mill and flax seed - and I use non-hydrogentated shortening (Spectrum) instead of butter or margarine. They taste great, and are even suitable for breakfast in a pinch with the addition of coconut and flax. I have a raw food bar recipe that's killer too.
